These terms govern the services I provide as an independent contractor. Engaging me for any work constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Scope of services
I provide construction documentation preparation, estimating support, 2D and 3D visualization, and workflow automation services, as described on this website and confirmed in writing for each engagement.
The scope of each engagement is defined in the written confirmation issued before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information, drawings, quantities, rates and specifications you provide to me.
I prepare documents based on the information supplied. Where information is missing or unclear, I will list my assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing those assumptions before issuing any document to a third party.
Final responsibility for the accuracy, suitability and use of any document I prepare rests with you.
Professional certification
I am not architects, professional engineers, registered quantity surveyors, or licensed competent persons. I do not provide professional certification, statutory endorsement or regulatory submission services.
Any document requiring professional certification, statutory approval, endorsement or competent-person review must be reviewed and approved by an appropriately qualified professional engaged by you before use.
Fees and payment
Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices published on this website are indicative starting points, not fixed quotations.
Payment terms are stated in the written confirmation for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on delivery.
Revisions
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Changes to scope — additional areas, additional trades, a different output format, or revised source information — are quoted as additional work.
Confidentiality
I treat your drawings, pricing, specifications and project information as confidential and use them only to deliver your engagement.
I do not publish or reference identifiable client work without your written permission.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables I prepare for you. I retain ownership of my own templates, tools, scripts and workflow components used to produce them.
Limitation of liability
My liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of contract, or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of documents I prepared.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
