Smarter construction documentation, estimating and automation.
I help contractors prepare professional quotations, BOQs, invoices, project documents and renovation presentations — and automate the repetitive office work behind them.
Site experience
A site supervision and interior fit-out background — I know how documents move between contractor, client and consultant.
Professional documentation
Quotations, BOQs and invoices formatted to standards a main contractor or landlord will accept.
You deal with me directly
Send a drawing or a WhatsApp scope. You get a written response and a clear timeline from me, usually within a working day.
Automation-ready workflows
Every deliverable is structured so it can plug into n8n, Google Sheets or your existing CRM later.
Spend less time on paperwork. More time running your projects.
Every small contractor loses hours a week to the same set of admin problems. Here is what I see most often — and what changes when the workflow is fixed.
What contractors tell me
- Quotations take days — often written after site hours
- Documents look inconsistent from job to job
- Pricing is scattered across WhatsApp, notes and old files
- Excel sheets require repeated manual copying
- Invoices are prepared one by one at month-end
- Client presentations delay confirmation of small jobs
- Site information doesn't reach the office cleanly
What I do about it
- Turn drawings, Excel and WhatsApp briefs into a proper quotation
- Apply one consistent template across every document
- Structure pricing in a single source you can update
- Automate calculations so numbers can't drift
- Set up invoice generation from a single row entry
- Produce clean 2D layouts and 3D renders for client sign-off
- Route site inputs (WhatsApp, forms) into your documents

Turn repetitive contractor work into automated workflows.
The same tools that ship modern software — n8n, Google Sheets, PDF generators, AI extraction — can run the back office of a contracting business. I build workflows that make the boring parts run themselves.
Before automation
- Manual copying between files
- Recalculated totals for every revision
- Multiple spreadsheets, no source of truth
- Slow quotation turnaround
- Missed follow-ups
After automation
- Structured intake from one place
- Automatic calculation from a rate table
- Professional PDF/Excel on demand
- Faster approval by manager
- Centralized project record
Four steps. Clear scope, clear price, clear delivery.
Send requirements
Upload drawings, Excel files, PDFs, photos or a plain WhatsApp brief. Whatever you have.
I review the scope
I check quantities, format requirements and confirm price and delivery in writing before starting.
I prepare the work
Documents, estimates, visualization or automation are prepared and quality-checked before delivery.
Review & delivery
You review the output, request revisions, and receive final files as PDF, Excel or editable formats.
I support the trades that keep buildings running.
Transparent starting prices. Custom quotes for larger scopes.

Common questions.
What information do I need to send?
You can send drawings, PDF files, photos, Excel sheets, quantity lists, specifications, or written project information — whatever you have. If information is missing, I'll list it explicitly before starting.
Can you prepare a quotation from drawings?
Yes. I review the drawings you send, extract quantities where possible, and organize the scope into a professional quotation or BOQ. If a drawing is unclear, I ask before assuming.
Can you use my existing quotation template?
Yes. Send me your Word, Excel or PDF template and I'll follow it. Where a client has strict formatting requirements, I match them so your documents stay consistent.
Can you automate my quotation process?
Yes. I first review your current workflow — how inquiries come in, how you price, how you deliver — then propose which steps can be automated with n8n, Google Sheets or AI extraction.
Do you provide construction drawings for statutory submission?
I provide drafting, visualization and documentation support. Drawings requiring statutory approval, professional certification or licensed endorsement must be reviewed and submitted by the appropriate qualified professional.
Can you work with international clients?
Yes. Everything is delivered digitally over email, WhatsApp or your preferred channel. I support contractors in Singapore, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and further afield.
Do you offer monthly support?
Yes. If you have consistent monthly volume, a retainer works out cheaper per document and gives you priority response. I'll suggest the right package after seeing your typical workload.
Start with your next quotation.
Send me one job — a scope, a drawing, an invoice you're behind on. It's a faster way to judge the work than anything I could write on this page.
