This policy explains what information Faruk Hossain collects, why I collect it, and how I handle it. I keep this deliberately short and readable.
Information I collect
When you submit the contact form or message me, I collect the details you provide: name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, service required, project type, budget range, deadline, your message, and any files you attach.
I also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and referral source, where analytics tools are enabled.
How I use it
I use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, deliver the work you engage me for, and maintain records of projects completed.
I do not sell your information. I do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Your project files
Drawings, specifications, pricing information and other files you send are treated as confidential. They are used only to deliver your project.
I do not publish client work in my portfolio without written permission. Portfolio items on this website are representative sample projects, not identifiable client work.
Third-party services
I use standard business tools for email, file storage, document generation and analytics. These providers process data on my behalf under their own terms.
Where analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity are enabled, they may set cookies. You can block these in your browser settings.
Data retention
Project files and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to deliver and support the work, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You may request deletion of your files at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, request corrections, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@faruk.cloud and I will respond within a reasonable period.
